The order will be sent  via the postal service "Russian Post" or "EMS Russian Post". To do this, you need to complete your order by specifying the following information: surname, first name, patronymic of the recipient of the parcel, full postal address (index, region, locality, street, house and apartment number), contact phone number.

The cost of sending is determined when processing the order strictly according to the tariffs of the Russian Post based on the weight, size and declared value of the parcel. 

The cost and possibility of sending to distant regions of Russia (air delivery) is specified in addition.

After sending the parcel, you are informed of the tracking number of the shipment for tracking the parcel via the Russian Post website www.pochta.ru/en/tracking

Payment options

You can pay for the product in cash upon receipt of your order. This payment method is valid for pickup and delivery by courier in Yekaterinburg.

When placing an order for the products you selected, you must choose the payment method "payment by card". For orders sent by Russian Post, the cost of the product and delivery is paid.

For orders sent by transport companies, only the cost of the goods is paid, and delivery is paid at the transport company's terminal when the cargo is received.

When placing an order for the products you selected, you must choose the payment method "Payment by Bank details". After confirming the order, you will receive the bank details and account number for payment by e-mail.

For orders sent by Russian Post, the cost of the product and delivery is paid.

Warranty

The warranty for the speargun and laser designator is 12 months from the sale date of the Product, if there is a document confirming the payment (a receipt or a document replacing it).      

The warranty for related products is 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product by the buyer if there is a document confirming the payment (a voucher or a document replacing it).

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Normal wear;  
- Damage due to careless operation; 
- In the presence of defects, malfunctions or traces of corrosion that have arisen as a result of exposure to industrial and chemical emissions, acid or alkaline air pollution,, chemically active substances, and other natural phenomena. 

RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY.

You have the right to refuse the ordered product at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the product — within 7 calendar days, not including the day of purchase, except for products that are not subject to return. 

The return of a product of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product are preserved. The product must not have any signs of use, damage, chips, dents, scratches, etc.

If the product is rejected, we will refund the cost of the returned product, except for the costs associated with the delivery of the returned product by the Buyer, within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the written request for a refund. The application is considered to be submitted in the appropriate form if it is made in writing and signed by the buyer. The return request is sent at the same time as the product that you refuse.

The buyer pays for the transport company's forwarding services in full.

The refund is made to the buyer according to the details provided by them.

RETURN OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY.

Return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out in accordance with article 26.1 of the Federal law "on consumer protection" in the presence of a document confirming payment (a receipt or a document replacing it).
